OK now I've had it. I'm done. If we alienate hard core supporters of The White Chick, so be it.

My brother left a message on my voicemail last night. It simply said "it's all about HER."

And that's the thing. There was buttloads of speculation about whether she'd exit graciously. SHE DID NOT. In fact she was a complete and total tool. She was a pill.

And here's the irony. She wants leverage to get the VEEP? She just blew it. She may think she put herself in a position to negotiate. All she did was ensure that The Black Dude won't give her the gig, because if he does, he looks weak, like she could push him around. She out.

As has been noted, he made history, and she is.

That was, quite simply, the rudest most ungracious exit speech that wasn't an exit speech in modern political history.

How dare she? Who the F does she think she is? The Clinton ego, while amusing in small doses, is freaking ridiculous. No, Hillary, you're not entitled. You have to win it. Instead, you've lost it. Completely.

You found your footing too late. And that's because you've just been reinventing yourself and you finally stumbled upon the phony facade capable of attracting enough bumpkins to win a few primaries. God knows who you really are.

Or maybe it's who you really were, as opposed to what you've become.

You've become arrogant. You've inherited, by osmosis, your husband's colossal sense of self-importance. Here's the thing. You're not him. And he, too, has gone around the bend. He was implying a media love affair with Obama while calling a reporter who noted his ties with shady characters a "scumbag." For all I know the guy may be a scumbag. But Bill is too close to people (where's the list of Prez library donors?) who shouldn't have direct access to the White House, and for that matter, perhaps, The White Chick.

There was also a media love affair with a guy named Bill Clinton. I supported you through the wretched Ken Starr's merciless persecution. But that does not entitled you to try to paint everyone who opposes you as part of the vast right wing conspiracy.


Back to you Hillary. You are to be ignored. You are done. Toast. In the archives. Yesterday's White Chick.

David Gregory is on MSNBC asking, can The Black Dude go into the general election campaign without her? He has to, because he'll look like she pressured him to hire her if he puts her on the ticket. And The Old Guy is already going to try to paint him as a wimp. So he just can't. And Michelle doesn't want her anyway, because of the RFK comment, and because she's never treated him with enough respect. That's all about arrogance.

The Black Dude needs to find a way to connect. He may need a new and more creative electoral map. But he's the man. It is what it is. It's time to get started.


Hillary has one more chance. She can concede by the end of the week, save face, save her reputation, and save some semblance of dignity, which her husband has been doing his best to diminish.

On CNN this morning four commentators were ask what she's going to do next. Three out of four said she'd concede in a few days. One, likely a right-wing nut, said she'd fight on through the convention. I hate to say it, but I think the nut hit the nail on the head. If someone could only smack Hillary on the noggin and knock some sense into her.

Do I sound "bitter?"


"Where do we go from here?" she asks. Jesus.

WE don't go anywhere. YOU GO AWAY. That's how it works.

'CAUSE YOU'RE THE LOSER. YOU LOST. YOU DIDN'T GET AS MANY DELEGATES. IT MAY BE A DIRTY ROTTEN SHAME. BUT YOU MUST FACE REALITY.

Which may be difficult with all those faces.

I'm beyond worrying about cheap shots.

File it. Stamp it. Frame it. Hang it on the wall. It is a fact. Aren't we just a little bit scared about a certain couple being a tad delusional?

Terry McCaullife is on morning Joe. He's pimping for her. She wants the VEEP. Not that he admits that officially. But it's obvious. Too freaking bad. She blew it last night.

The New York Post reports The Black Dude tried to call The White Chick.

He tried to call her twice following the speech - but got her voicemail. She finally returned the call as his plane was about to fly out of St. Paul to Washington.

He offered to meet with her, but nothing was finalized.

MacYapper - Do you believe this arrogant punk? First she doesn't answer. TWICE. Then she refuses to nail down a meeting with the next President of the United States.

What does Hillary want? She wants to be president—still—and she wants the respect she's due.

Obama denied her the former this time, but now is his time to grant her the latter.

MacYapper - Maybe had she behaved like a gracious loser instead of an entitled, outraged, spoiled sport. The Black Dude has praised her up and down on the campaign trail for weeks. Enough already.

Of course, Mo Dowd nails it.

MacYapper - Ain't it the truth. So what does The White Chick really want? Dowd has heard this:

She has told some Democrats recently that she wanted Obama to agree to allow a roll call vote, like days of yore, so that the delegates of states she won would cast the first ballot for her at the convention. She said she wanted that for her daughter.

Obama supporters are worried that it’s a trick and she’ll somehow snatch away the nomination. Just as Hillary supporters have hardened toward him, many of Obama’s donors and fans have hardened against the Clintons, saying it would be disillusioning to see them on a ticket that’s supposed to be about fresh politics.

“It would be,” said one influential Democrat, “like finding out there’s no tooth fairy.”

MacYapper - Roll call, schmoll call. Mess around with the nominating process just so Chelsea can once again go "gosh Mom, you sure are a big deal"? Chelsea already has plenty to be proud of.

You want sexism? Here it is. It is only BECAUSE Hillary is a woman that there are expectations that Barack has to kiss her ass. If this was Joe Biden or John Edwards, they would just have to disappear into the ether. But noooooooo. This is HILLARY. She demands respect.

Enough already. Politics, like life, has winners and losers. She lost.
